THE BCS BOUND FOR THE BIG EASY SWEEPSTAKES AND ANY ADVERTISEMENT RELATING THERETO IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION AND VIEWING ONLY WITHIN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING NEW YORK AND FLORIDA) AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ("D.C.") AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED ACCORDING TO, AND GOVERNED EXCLUSIVELY BY, UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING NEW YORK AND FLORIDA) AND D.C., PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING NEW YORK AND FLORIDA) AND D.C. AT THE TIME OF ENTRY, OR DO NOT FALL WITHIN THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN THE THESE OFFICIAL RULES BELOW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

(1) Sweepstakes Description: The "BCS Bound For The Big Easy" (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Big Ten Network, LLC ("Sponsor"), located at 600 West Chicago Avenue, Suite 875, Chicago. Illinois 60610 and is administered by Promotion Fulfillment Center ("Administrator"), whose mailing address is P.O. Box 2955, Clinton, Iowa 52733-2955. The Sweepstakes website is located at www.bcsbound.com (the "Website"). The prizewinners of the Sweepstakes will receive a prize package as more specifically described below. The Sweepstakes begins on September 27, 2007, and ends on October 31, 2007 ("Sweepstakes Period").

(2) Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to those legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding New York and Florida) and D.C. who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry Void where restricted or prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members [children, spouse, parents, grandparents, siblings] and individuals residing in their same household, whether or not related) of Sponsor, Administrator, Fox Entertainment Group, Americaneagle.com, Inc., Fox Cable Network Services, LLC, and The News Corporation, (each a "Promotion Entity" and collectively, the "Promotion Entities") and their respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, production services, fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, web masters and web suppliers are not eligible to participate. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or judges, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

(3) Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 5:30:01 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 26, 2007, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2007 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. The Sponsors database computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

(4) How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. A computer with internet access is required to participate in this Sweepstakes. To enter the Sweepstakes, each entrant must visit www.bcsbound.com ("Website") during and the Sweepstakes Period and follow the links and instructions to the registration page. To be eligible, each entrant must complete and submit all required information including entrants name, residential address, age, phone number, email address, the name of entrants favorite Big Ten University, and the entrants affiliation to their favorite Big Ten University (e.g. alumni, volunteer, actively attending, etc.). Limit one (1) entry per person and/or email address per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrant may enter as often as they desire, subject to the previously stated limitation. Each entrant must provide a valid e-mail address and phone number to be eligible. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of who actually submitted an entry on the Website, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address supplied at the time of entry. An "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable e-mail address has been assigned by the internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the address submitted. The potential prizewinners may be required to provide Sponsors with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If a dispute as to the identity of any entrant cannot be resolved to Sponsors satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may be shared with the Promotion Entities and Sponsor's other promotional partners and will be used by Sponsor and such promotional partners in compliance with their respective privacy practices. Entry must be made by the entrant, only in the manner as set forth herein. An entry is only valid when received and recorded by the Sweepstakes database. All other methods of entry are considered void.

5) Drawing and Notification: The On the November 1, 2007, a random drawing from all eligible entries received will be held for the Grand Prize (as defined below) and the Second Place Prize (as defined below). On November 1, 2007, five (5) Consolation Prize (as defined below) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random selection will be under the supervision of Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The selected Grand Prize, Second Place Prize, and the five (5) Consolation prizewinners will be notified via phone and/or e-mail (as determined by Sponsor) on or about November 1, 2007. If the selected prizewinner cannot be reached by e-mail and/or phone within three (3) business days of the first attempt to notify such prizewinner, such prizewinner may be disqualified and an alternate prizewinner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries by random drawing. Potential prizewinners will be subject to verification. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6) Prize/Approximate Retail Value (ARV)/Odds:

(A) Grand Prize ("Grand Prize"): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of the following items (i) roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) people from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize winners residence to New Orleans, Louisiana; (ii) admission for two (2) to the 2008 BCS National Championship College Football Game, which will be held on January 7, 2008; (iii) one (1) hotel accommodation (based upon double occupancy) for two (2) nights stay; to be determined by sponsor, in its sole discretion; and (iv) One Hundred Fifty ($150) Dollars per diem, per day; for a total of Three Hundred Dollars ($300). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") for the Grand Prize is Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000). The actual Grand Prize value may vary depending on the location of the potential Grand Prize winners residence and date of departure. The potential Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all other trip expenses not specified herein as being awarded, including without limitation ground transportation, meals, taxes, and gratuities. Potential Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Travel must be taken between January 6, 2008, and January 8, 2008, and is subject to certain travel conditions. Hotel accommodations and air transportation solely based upon availability. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsors agent, on a carrier of Sponsors choice. Guest of potential Grand Prize winner must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

(B) Second Place Prize ("Second Place Prize"): One (1) Second Place Prize will be awarded. The Second Place Prize consists of one (1) 50" class 1080p Plasma High Definition Television equipped with pro-setting and studio preference modes, anti-reflective coating, EZ sync HDAVI control and built-in gallery player, and capable SD card memory slot. The ARV for the Second Place Prize is Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500).

(C) Consolation Prize(s) (each a "Consolation Prize," collectively "Consolation Prizes"): Five (5) Consolation Prizes will be awarded. Each Consolation Prize shall consist of one (1) BCS t-shirt and one (1) BCS mini football. The ARV for each Consolation Prize is Twenty-Five Dollars ($25). The ARV for all Consolation Prizes awarded is One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125). Limit one (1) Consolation Prize per Consolation prizewinner.

The ARV for all prizes awarded is Six Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($6,625). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7) Prize Conditions: Eligibility, age and all claims made by prizewinners are subject to verification. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for fraudulent communications including without limitation phone calls, mail, and e-mails made or sent to entrants. The Grand Prize and Second Place prizewinners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release (where legally permissible) and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Publicity Release"). The Affidavit/Publicity Release must be returned within the time indicated on the documents. If any potential prizewinner fails to return such documents within the prescribed time, or if a potential prizewinner is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with these Official Rules, then the potential prizewinner will be disqualified and an alternate prizewinner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All applicable U.S., Federal, state, and local taxes, duties, or other taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of each prizewinner, who may be issued a 1099 IRS tax form for the ARV of the awarded prize. Except where such condition is expressly prohibited by law, the prizewinners entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agents to use said prizewinners name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and city and state address for all purposes and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further notice or compensation.

Depiction of the prizes in any advertising, promotional materials, or on the Sweepstakes website (if any) may not reflect the actual prize delivered to the prizewinner. Sponsor or its agents shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of any prize once it has been shipped by Sponsor or its agent. Prizewinner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the prize after it has been delivered to the prizewinner. Prizewinner cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person or entity and are not entitled to cash in place of any prize. The prize is subject to availability and Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute cash or a different prize of approximately equal or greater retail value except where prohibited by law. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for any prize awarded is allowed except at Sponsors sole discretion due to prize unavailability and then only for a prize of equal or greater value.

8) Prize Restrictions: Each potential prizewinner is subject to verification. All information and materials submitted to Sponsor become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into. If any potential prizewinner declines a prize, fails to collect or properly claim the prize in accordance with these Official Rules, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, such potential prizewinner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize he or she otherwise might have otherwise received. Upon verification of a potential prizewinner's eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules, such prizewinner will receive further notification with details on how to claim the prize.

9) Conditions Of Participation: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Each entrant hereby: (a) agrees that the Promotion Entities and their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize awarded or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize; (b) releases the Promotion Entities and their parent companies, subsidiaries, distributors, affiliates, advertising and promotion partners, fulfillment and/or judging agencies, retailers, franchises, agents and their estate and/or family members from all liability, claims, action, or proceedings relating to this Sweepstakes and from injuries or damages arising in connection with or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes, or use or misuse of any prize awarded; and (c) waives any right to claim ambiguity in this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. By accepting any prize, the prizewinner further acknowledges that the Sponsor, the Promotion Entities, and any other entity involved with this Sweepstakes have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, relative to any prize or prize suppliers or to any portion thereof, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose including, without limitation, use of any equipment associated with any prize. All taxes and other expenses not specified herein, including federal, state, local, licenses and registrations are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes, to void suspect entries and/or cancel, terminate or suspend a Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in any such event, at its discretion, select prizewinners from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such termination, cancellation or suspension.

10) Liability Limitations: The Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, or non-delivered entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider ("ISP"), mobile carrier, website or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, or failed computer, network, telephone, satellite, cable hardware, software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture or loss of any such information. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by internet users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in connection with this Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, tampering or hacking. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with entry process or operation of a Sweepstakes or to be acting in an unsportslike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person.

11) Additional Rules & Restrictions: In the event an entrant wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these Official Rules, entrant will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after entrant has used the prize. Promotion Entities shall not be liable to prizewinner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Promotion Entities sole control. Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or any act or omissions by the air carrier(s), hotel(s), or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services that result in arrival delays and/or prevent the opportunity to receive prize or participate in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related events.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE PROMOTION ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ALL PRIZES AND EVERYTHING IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE PROMOTION ENTITIES HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE RIGHT IS RESERVED TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
