Big Ten Network to Televise Two Games on Nov. 1

Michigan-Purdue, Indiana-Central Michigan to air at noon ET

CHICAGO – The Big Ten Network will televise a pair of football games at noon ET on Saturday, Nov. 1. Michigan will travel to Purdue while Indiana will step out of conference to play Central Michigan. Both games will be produced in high definition.

Most markets will receive the Michigan-Purdue game on their primary Big Ten Network channel, while other markets will receive the Central Michigan-Indiana game on their primary Big Ten Network channel. However, these games will be available on "overflow" channels where available.

Fans can find the channel number for the game they want to see by entering their zip code and cable or satellite provider on this website: http://www.BigTenNetwork.com/GameFinder.

Most of the network's larger cable and both satellite affiliates offer "overflow" channels. For cable subscribers, the decision whether to air Big Ten Network "overflow" games is made by cable operators at the local level.

The Boilermakers and Wolverines will meet for the 54th time. Purdue has won two of the last four meetings in West Lafayette. Michigan, however, has won the last five games in the series, including last year's battle in Ann Arbor which was televised by the Big Ten Network. Both teams could need a victory to keep their bowl dreams intact.

Indiana will host Central Michigan at noon ET at Memorial Stadium. The Hoosiers will face the CMU for only the fourth time in history. Indiana won the previous three meetings in 2002, 2004 and 2005.

This Saturday, the Big Ten Network will televise the Northwestern at Indiana game at noon ET. The Wildcats, ranked 22nd this week in the USA Today top 25 poll, are 6-1 for the first time since 1996.
