Joint Statement from Mediacom Communications and the Big Ten Network


Middletown, New York and Chicago – MEDIACOM COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION (Nasdaq: MCCC) and the Big Ten Network announced today that they have reached an agreement to carry the Network in time for Saturday's opening of the Big Ten college football season.

Mediacom will launch the Big Ten Network in phases on its expanded basic level of service in states with Big Ten universities. The agreement also includes the network's high-definition and video-on-demand programming. Mediacom customers will be notified when the network becomes available in their community.
