Twelve weeks of "Tailgate" came down to this: Illinois versus Wisconsin.
Which campus would claim the coveted "Friday Night Tailgate" championship? Well, Jordan and Andy and the fans spoke and it was Illinois in a landslide.
Jordan and Andy were on location in Champaign on Friday to formally introduce Illinois as the TCS inaugural champ. As expected, the announcement was met with much approval from the Illini faithful, and now the school has some spiffy hardware to add to its trophy case.
The winner shouldn't come as a surprise. After all, Illinois led the conference's other 10 schools most of the way this season.
Our experts were most impressed by the school spirit at Illinois, not to mention the very cool mind-controlled wheelchair.
Congratulations, Illinois. For you other 10 schools, better luck next year!
