Senior Tom Buske (Apple Valley, Minn.) pitched his first career complete game, as he led the Minnesota baseball team (36-16) to a 12-3 victory over Purdue (25-26) in its second game of the Big Ten Tournament at Huntington Park in Columbus, Ohio.

Buske saved Minnesota's bullpen for the second game of the day, as he went a career-high nine innings, gave up seven hits, three runs, walked two and struck out four. The Golden Gophers added two runs in the top of the fifth to take a 6-3 lead. O'Shea led off with a single, and Decker plated him with an RBI triple to center field to give Minnesota a 5-3 lead.
