The No. 32 Illini women's tennis team got back on track Sunday, defeating Marquette, 6-1 in the first match of the day, before blanking Western Illinois, 7-0 in the night cap at Atkins Tennis Center.

Three Hoosiers (13-10, 6-6) reached double-digit points with junior Jori Davis recording her third double-double of the season with 23 points and 10 rebounds in a 67-54 win over Illinois on the road on Sunday.

No. 21 Fighting Illini dropped six consecutive bouts earlier in the match as No. 5 Minnesota took a 27-13 victory in front of a season-high 1,278 fans at Huff Hall.
 
Illini fall to Florida State in home opener
