Illini put away Lucas-less Spartans
Demetri McCamey had 22 points and 11 assists to lead Illinois to a 78-73 upset of No. 5 Michigan State on Saturday night, sending the Spartans to another loss without Kalin Lucas.
 
Spartans' Lucas will not play at Illinois
Michigan State guard Kalin Lucas will not play against Illinois. Michigan State sports information director Matt Larson said about an hour before the 9 p.m. tip-off on Saturday that Lucas' ankle injury will keep him on the bench.
 
Bohannon, Badgers roll past Michigan
Jason Bohannon scored 18 points to lead No. 16 Wisconsin to a 62-44 victory over Michigan on Saturday. Trevon Hughes added 14 points and Jordan Taylor had 13 for the Badgers.
